Project Summary：The LeDong 22-1 (hereinafter LD22-1) gas field is located in the Yinggehai Basin on the western part of the n{**thern continental shelf of the South China Sea, about 130km away from Sanya City, Hainan Province, and about 165km from its Dongfang terminus, the water depth is about 90m.

第一批：焊颈法兰（共4片）、盲板法兰（共2片）、法兰测试环（共4个）、接头测试环（共4个）须在2025年11月30日前交付至指定地点（暂定天津或珠海或者深圳）。

First Batch: weld-neck flanges(4 pieces), blind flanges(2pieces),test rings f{** flange(4pieces), test rings f{** connecting end(4 pieces) shall be delivered to designated place(Tianjin, Zhuhai {** Shenzhen, TBC ) bef{**e 30 November 2025.

第二批：软管产品2(总长5m)及其所有附件、专用工具、备用件须在2026年2月15日前交付至指定地点。（暂定天津）

Second Batch: Flexible pipe Product 2(total length of 5m), and its all ancillary items, special tools, spares shall be delivered to designated p{**t (Tianjin, TBC) bef{**e 15th February 2026.

第三批：软管产品1(总长5655m)及其所有附件、专用工具、备用件和其他所有货物须在2026年5月31日前交付至指定港口。（暂定深圳或者东方）

Third Batch: Flexible pipe Product 1(total length of5655m),, and its all ancillary items, special tools, sparesand all the other goods shall be delivered to designated p{**t(Shenzhen {** Dongfang,TBC) bef{**e 31st May 2026.

软管的交货计划必须得到招标人的批准，且招标人有权在已批准的交货计划基础上要求推迟90天交货，投标人须为推迟交货的软管提供存储服务。

The delivery schedule of flexible pipe products shall be approved by TENDEREE, and TENDEREE has the right to request a delay delivery of 90 days based on the approved delivery schedule, BIDDER shall provide st{**age service f{** the flexible pipe products.

（2）业绩要求：

2010年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有至少1个合同的海底软管（包括海上使用的柔性动态立管，但不包括外输软管、平台跨接软管等非海中/海底环境的管道）的供货业绩，且均满足供货软管内径大于或等于152.4mm（6吋）、截面设计须包含内骨架层、设计压力大于或等于4MPa、设计温度大于或等于50℃、设计水深大于或等于97米、所有业绩合同供货长度的总和大于或等于5.5公里。投标人须提交相关业绩证明文件，业绩证明文件包括：1）销售合同和2）用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料（到货验收单或调试验收报告或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料）。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称、管径大于或等于152.4mm（6吋）、设计压力大于或等于4Mpa、设计温度大于或等于50℃、设计水深大于或等于97米、业绩合同的供货长度、用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。

From 1 January 2010 to the deadline f{** submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall have at least one contract f{** the supply of submarine hoses (including flexible dynamic risers f{** offsh{**e use, but excluding external hoses, platf{**m crossover hoses and other pipelines in non-sea/submarine environments), and all of them shall meet the requirements of the supply of hoses with an inner diameter of m{**e than {** equal to 152.4mm (6 inches), the cross-sectional design of the hose shall include the endoskeleton Layer, design pressure greater than {** equal to 4MPa, design temperature greater than {** equal to 50℃, design water depth greater than {** equal to 97 metres, and the total length of all perf{**mance contracts is greater than {** equal to 5.5 kilometres. Bidders must submit relevant perf{**mance documents, perf{**mance documents include: 1) sales contract and 2) user signed {** stamped arrival and acceptance materials (arrival and acceptance sheet {** commissioning acceptance rep{**t {** other evidence that the goods under the contract has been the arrival and acceptance of the effective proof of materials). The perf{**mance documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should be stamped by both parties, international trade contracts should be signed {** stamped by both parties), manufacturer"s name, name of the goods, pipe diameter greater than {** equal to 152.4mm (6 inches), design pressure greater than {** equal to 4Mpa, design temperature greater than {** equal to 50℃, the design of the water depth of 97 metres, the perf{**mance of the contract, {** equal to 97 metres. {** equal to 97 metres, the supply length of the perf{**mance contract, the user"s signature {** seal of the arrival and acceptance materials. Failure to submit perf{**mance documents, {** the perf{**mance documents provided do not reflect the satisfaction of the above perf{**mance requirements, are considered invalid perf{**mance.

（3）投标人须具有第三方认证的海底软管生产型式认可证书，型式认可证书许可的软管制造能力须满足：海底软管内径≥152.4mm（6吋），设计压力≥4Mpa，设计温度≥50℃。投标人在投标时提供该型式认可证书。
