质保期内的服务内容为：检测各款窗帘、医用隔帘、输液导轨运行状况是否良好并对各款货物进行必要的保养和检修。处理使用过程中出现的所有问题。



现修改为：

2、原招标文件之“第二部分、采购项目内容”之“二、商务要求”之“（五）安装、调试及验收”要求：



★1、中标人在下料制作前，应提供相关物料的样板由采购人确认，同时需提供一份详细的货物安装尺寸供采购人确认（明确到每一间房的每一个床位）。采购人有权要求更改样板的颜色及款式，中标人不得另外加收任何费用。采购人对物料的样板进行初步确认后，中标人须按采购人指定的房间要求加工一幅完整的窗帘、医用隔帘、输液导轨供采购人观看效果，经采购人最终确认后才能批量生产，否则一切损失由中标人自行承担。中标人在现场进行测量，安装时，要服从采购人安排，确保现场安全，不得损坏采购人设施设备，如有损坏将承担相关赔偿责任。



3、供应商必须依照招标文件的要求和投标文件的承诺，将窗帘、隔帘、输液导轨安装牢固并调试到正常运行的最佳状态。

3、原招标文件之“第二部分、采购项目内容”之“二、商务要求”之“（六）付款方式”要求：



1、以实际安装数量结算费用。



2、项目完成供货，经双方验收合格后30天内中标人开具正式发票支付实际安装数量金额的95%；剩余5%为质保金。



3、从验收合格之日起，正常使用二年后无重大质量问题，支付剩余的5%。



4、中标人凭以下有效文件与采购人结算：



（1）合同；



（2）中标人开具的正式发票；



（3）验收报告；



（4）中标通知书；



（5）请款报告。



现修改为：



1、合同签订生效后支付合同总额的60％。



2、项目完成供货，经双方验收合格后30天内支付合同总额的35％。



3、验收合格一年后支付余款的5%。



4、中标人凭以下有效文件与采购人结算：



（1）合同；



（2）中标人开具的正式发票；



（3）验收报告；



（4）中标通知书；



（5）请款报告。



采购文件如涉及上述内容的亦作相应修改。原采购文件与本文有不符之处，以本文为准。
