1.采购内容：选择优质的工程造价咨询服务机构参与采购人委托的工程概、预、结算评审工作，具体的评审工作按照国家和省有关财政、财务、基建管理、工程造价的法规、政策文件的有关规定以及采购人有关财政投资评审的规定要求执行。

2.预算金额：按实结算。

3.服务期限：自合同签订生效之日起叁年。

4.采购中介服务机构数量：15家

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.投标供应商应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，提供下列材料：

1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力：具有独立承担民事责任的能力（提供法人或其他组织的营业执照或三证合一等证明文件）。

2）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录（提供投标截止时间前半年内任意一个月有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的相关材料，如依法免税或不需要缴纳社会保障资金的，应提供相应文件证明）。

1、投标人从事财政审核业务专业技术负责人须取得造价工程师注册证书，并具有工程或工程经济类高级专业技术职称，人员为投标人正式员工，提供社保部门出具的2021年8月至2021年10月在本企业缴纳的社会保障资金证明材料（提供造价工程师注册证书、职称证书、社保证明复印件加盖公章，时间证明材料以造价师资格证或造价员资格证上发证日期为准）；2、投标人未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)“记录失信被执行人或重大税收违法案件当事人名单或政府采购严重违法失信行为”记录名单。同时，不处于(www.ccgp.gov.cn)“政府采购严重违法失信行为信息记录”中的禁止参加政府采购活动期间。说明:1)、由负责资格性审查人员于投标截止日在“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)及(www.ccgp.gov.cn)查询结果为准。2)、采购代理机构同时对查询记录和证据截图或下载存档；如相关失信记录已失效，需投标人提供相关证明资料；3、为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动（提供书面声明）；4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动（提供书面声明）；5、本项目不接受联合体投标。
