（4）道路机械冲洗：车行道夜间不少于冲洗1次，每天洒水降尘不少于3次；作业时间：4:30-7:00/12:00-15:00/19:00-22;00；根据应急要求随脏随洗，根据重大节日活动、环保要求每天增加洒水降尘2次以上。

（6）黄阁子站路段（含黄阁大道南、南涌口路麒麟中学段、黄阁西路、黄阁敬老院门前路段、麒麟新城三期门前路段、麒麟中学正门路段）为国控子站周边重点区域路段，每周洗地频次不少于1次，机械化冲洗路面每天不少于3次，组织人员对本区域重点路段进行巡查，发现路面存在余泥等污染路面的问题时，应及时组织洒水车辆和保洁人员等应急保洁队伍对路面进行保洁冲洗，并积极落实黄阁镇及市、区要求进行辖区国控重点区域的洒水保洁作业，确保路面湿润、干净、整洁不扬尘。
