负责广州质量监督检测研究院管辖范围内的实验区域内实验室和实验区域的办公场所内电箱及实验室环境设备的正常运行，详细见业主提供的图纸为准。

保证广州质量监督检测研究院实验区域内实验室及实验区域的办公场所日常工作的正常运作。

自合同签订之日起2年。

维保区域日常工作中故障，必须在十五分钟内响应，响应后判断故障原因，当天能解决的必须当天解决，当天无法解决的必须向采购人提出相应的应急方案，得到采购人的同意后组织实施，事后必须做出永久的整改方案。采购人对供应商实施每月评价的标准，服务态度和人员能力无法胜任的，采购人有权要求供应商换人，并推迟支付当月服务费用。
